Apple Kheer

Ingredients
1 Large Apple
(peeled and grated)
1 litre Milk
Sugar to
taste
50 gms Khoya/
Condense milk

For Garnishing
1 Tsp. Green
Cardamom Powder
5 Almonds
(thinly slivered) 
5 Pistachios
(thinly slivered) 
Instructions
Take milk in
a pan and heat until it is condensed to 2/3 in quantity
Put khoya
with sugar in reduced milk and mix well.
Now put
peeled and grated apple in milk and heat for just 2-3 min.
Sprinkle
cardamom powder and almonds, pistachio over it for garnishing.
Serve hot or
chilled as u like.
