Mango Raita

 

 

Mango Raita is fresh curd based side dish with chopped mangoes and cardamom. It is quick and simple recipe to make. For this recipe, you need only some ripe and sweet mangoes and fresh chilled curd.

Mango raita is an amazing curd recipe which you have to try in summer season or when fresh seasonal mangoes available in market. Combination of mango, cardamom and curd are heavenly. Make sure the curd is fresh and thick. You can adjust the sweetness according to mango taste. You can serve this tasty and delicious raita recipe with puri or parathas.

What we needed to make mango raita:

2 Cups Mango, Cubes

2 Cups Fresh Curd

2 Tbsp. Sugar

1 Tbsp. Mango Squash (optional)

1/4 Tsp. Cardamom Powder

 

How to make mango raita:

Combine curd, sugar, mango syrup or squash and cardamom powder in large bowl and mix well till to smooth. Add mango chunks and mix well. Keep in freeze till serving. Serve chilled and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
