Aloo Ki Sabzi

  • 2 medium sized potatoes (dice chopped)
  • 2 tomatoes chopped
  • 1 green chilli chopped
  • Green coriander chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ red chillies powder
  • ½ turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp. coriander powder
  • ¼ tsp. garam masala
  • ½ tsp. cumin seeds
  • Water for gravy
  • Wash, peel and chopped potatoes in dice shape.
  • Now heat the pressure cooker on medium flame.
  • Add 1 tbsp. ghee and add cumin seeds, when they start crackle.
  • Add tomatoes (chopped) and sauté for 5 minutes.
  • When tomatoes left ghee, add all spices (salt, red chillies powder,
    coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala)
  • Add potatoes and water (1/2 glass).
  • Now close the lid of cooker and wait till for 3-4 whistles.
  • Now open the lid and add fresh green chopped coriander.
  • Serve with hot puri’s and curd.
