Healthy Sprout Salad is a Healthy Indian salad where we combine the crunchy and healthy sprouts with fresh ingredients and seasonings.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Moth Sprouts
  • 1/2 Cup Onion Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Tomato Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Cucumber Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Pomegrante
  • 2 Tsp. Green Chilies Chopped
  • 2 Tbsps. Green Coriander Chopped
  • 2 Tbsps. Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Tsp. Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 Tsp. Black Salt
  • 1 Tsp. Chaat Masala
  • 1 Tsp. Roasted Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp. Red Chili Powder Optional

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients in mixing bowl and mix well.

  2. Refrigerate the salad for max 15-20 minutes.

  3. Serve fresh and healthy sprouts salad.

You can even steam the sprouts in pressure cooker or steamer.
