Beetroot Hummus Recipe

Beetroot hummus is smooth and creamy dip made with boiled chickpeas, sesame seeds, olive oil and parboiled beetroot.

  • 1 Beetroot, Peeled and Chopped
  • 2 Cups Chickpeas, Boiled
  • 2 Tbsps. Roasted Sesame Seeds
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • Salt to Taste
  • Black Pepper Powder to Taste
  • 4 Tbsos. Olive Oil
  • 3 Tbsps. Lemon Juice


  1. Add beetroot, chickpeas, olive oil, sesame seeds, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper in a food processor until to smooth and creamy. 

  2. Serve in bowl with extra olive oil and pepper powder or flakes. Serve with chips or green veggies.
