This rice dish is a combination of green peas , mint and coriander leaves. It is a very simple and aromatic one pot meal dish which serves with curd or raita.
Heat the oil in non-stick pan, add onion and green chilies and saute for 2 minutes on medium flame.
Add green peas, coriander and mint, salt, red chili powder and coriander powder and mix well and cook for few seconds.
Add cooked rice and toss gently. Stir few seconds and Serve Immediately with curd or raita.
Tips: You can use leftover steam rice also for making this recipe.
