Pineapple Rice

Pineapple Rice is a easy and simple rice dish in which saute the pineapple chunks with spices, butter and cooked rice.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 Cups Basmati Rice, Cooked
  • 1 Cup Pineapple, Cubed
  • 2 Tbsps, Pineapple, Crushed
  • 1/2 Tsp. Salt
  • 2 Tsp. Sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp. Chili Flakes
  • 2 Tbsps. Milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tbsps. Butter
  • Fresh Coriander, Garnishing
  • Tutti Frutii, For Garnishing

Instructions

  1. Heat the butter in non-stick pan. 

  2. Add pineapple, sugar, salt, chili flakes in a pan and saute few seconds. Add cooked rice and 2 Tbsp milk and saute for one minute on low flame. 

  3. Remove from heat and garnish with coriander and lemon juice and tutti fruiti. Serve immediately.
