Kulle Ki Chaat | Fruit Chaat Recipe

Kulle ki chaat or Kulhard ki Chaat is a delicious and tempting chaat which serves with little twist on fruit chaat. In this chaat fruits are serve as serving cup and filled with chickpeas, pomegranate , lemon juice and spices.

  • Seasonal Fruits and Vegetables
  • 1 Cup Boiled Chickpeas
  • 1 Cup Pomegranate Arils
  • Salt to Taste
  • Chaat Masala to Taste
  • Lemon Juice


  1. Cut the potato into half and scoop out the center part just like a cup. Peel the cucumber and cut into half and again scoop the flesh.

  2. Cut the Apple and Scoop out the center on the top side. Cut the tomato also into half and scoop out the pulp. Again cut the mango and melon also and scoop the center.

  3. Now place the all fruits and vegetables in serving plate.

  4. Squeeze the lemon juice and sprinkle salt and chaat masala.

  5. Add chickpeas and pomegranate and serve immediately.

You can use any fruit or vegetables which are available in season.
