The story of Kebabs goes back to medieval kitchens of Persia and Turkey. From there they have come a long way and evolved to take the world culinary scene by a storm. Spice Art takes you on a Kebab trail with World Of Kebabs fest, featuring some of the most exotic preparations.
Hotel Chef and his team has tried to serve you best out of best flavors in kebabs such as Mustard Greens with Corn Tortillas (Sarso ka Saag with Makai ki Roti), Aloo Tinka, Arbi ke Kebab, Dalat Spice Paneer Tikka and Khumb Kaju ki Galouti.
I personally recommend Aloo tinka, Paneer Tikka and mustard green with Corn Tortillas with Chatpati Sangria.
In maincourse I tried Dal Makhani, Cottage cheese in tomato and pumpkin gravy, Vilayati Khushak Sabz, Pilaf (rice cooked with dates and nuts), Mix Veg Raita, Fitri Naan and Ulta Tawa Paratha.
In dessert, we tried Shukto (Kashmiri Dessert made with nuts, dates and cottage cheese in ghee and sugar) and Kesari Phirni.
