Under this recipe, we prepared rice with sprouts, peas, carrots and onion with
some spicy aroma. You can serve this wonder rice recipe with masala curd. Its
taste is really awesome and a complete pot with rice, moong sprouts and veggies….

2/3 Cup Basmati Rice
1/3 Cup Moong/ Whole Green Gram Sprouts
1/3 Cup Carrots and Peas
1 Medium Sized Onion, Slice
1 Tomato, Puree
1 Green Chili, Chopped
1/2 Tsp. Mustard Seeds
1/2 Tsp. Cumin Seeds
1/4 Tsp. Coriander Seeds
Salt to taste
Red Chili to Taste
1/4 Tsp. Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp. Coriander Powder
1/2 Tsp. Garam Masala
2 Tbsp. Clarifying Ghee
Wash and soak the rice in the water for 10-15 minutes. Chop the
