How to prepare
Rumali Roti

Ingredients:
For Dough (Rumali Roti)
1 cup All Purpose Flour ( Maida)
Salt to taste
1 Tsp. Ghee
Enough water 
Directions
For Rumali Roti
Combine flour, ghee and salt with
water for soft dough.  
Divide the dough into equal 2
portions. 
Now roll the portion with the help
of rolling pin for making rumali roti. 
Dust with flour and now roll it
again with the help of rolling pin. 
Do again and again for big and
flatten rumali roti. Heat the non-stick pan, when it’s hot
enough place roti on the tawa. Turn the cook other side, when golden spot shown
place on plate.
