MENU-Part 1

One
of my co-blogger Rosh announced a new monthly series event “Meal of the Month”,
where we have to post complete menu from our blog in form of breakfast, lunch,
dinner and dessert by using blog achieve. I love the concept and idea; here we
can easily show our previous entries. Hope Rosh like my collection of menu, so here
is my April month’s “Menu”.

Breakfast

In a breakfast, we need a complete healthy meal so here is
Harabhara Kebab With Green Chickpea Dip which we eat with Cardamom tea or
coffee. Under this recipe we used all green ingredients, full of  protein
and mineral.



Lunch 

Idli
Manchurian which is prepared with veggie and fried idli in Chinese style. You can
serve this Manchurian with fried  rice or
steam rice..




Dinner

In a Dinner, Dal Makhani  is a good option with cumin rice or butter
naan

Dessert
In dessert, Makhana kheer is authentic recipe
which like my everybody it’s serve  hot
and chilled in both form whatever you 
like. It’s light and healthy kheer.
