Coconut and Corn Salad

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 0 minutes
Serving/yield: 2 Cups
Ingredients:
1 Cup Del Monte Corn
1/4 Cup Fresh Coconut, Fine Chopped
1/8 Cup Fresh Green Coriander, Chopped
1 Green Chilli, Chopped
7-8 Almonds, Slivered
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1/2 Lemon Juice
Directions:
Boil the corn for 5-8 minutes; now combine all ingredients together
in same bowl. Serve chilled.
