CraveNoMore with Saffola Masala Oats Chinese and Italian variants

Food enthusiasts from across the
country came together for a great culinary experience in the capital city!
Have you ever-imagined Chinese and Italian cuisine being guilt

During the meet, Chef Kunal
Kapur announced a two-phase competition around #CraveNoMore with
SaffolaMasalaOats. The Phase I of #CraveNoMore took off in Delhi; an exciting mystery box challenge wherein 40 food bloggers were
presented with the task of identifying exotic Chinese & Italian food
condiments. Out of these, 24 bloggers became a part of the exhilarating cook-off thereafter creating quick recipes using Saffola Masala Oats Italian and
Chinese variant as the key ingredient.
Judged by the Fit Foodie panelists, Chef Kunal Kapur, Chef Shipra
Khanna and Chef Saransh Goila, announced Adarsh Munjala, The Big Bhookad; Kumar
Jhuremalani, Pet Pujaris; Saloni Malkhani, Food Bloggers Association of India
(FBAI); Sayantani Mahapatra, A Homemaker’s Diary; Priya Sharma, Mumasfooddiary and
Richa Gupta, Myfoodstory as the winners for the phase I. The winners from this phase will go on to
Phase 2 of the competition and will participate in a ‘food-truck’ challenge in
Mumbai.
The Fit Foodie panelists, Chef Shipra
Khanna and Chef Saransh Goila went on to create some unique and interesting
snacking recipes through their master class with the bloggers. While Chef
Shipra chose Italian Saffola Masala Oats and came up with the delicious Cottage
cheese oats with yogurt and apple salad recipe, Chef Saransh Goila picked the
Chinese variant and prepared Saffola Masala Oats Chinese Wraps in just a few
minutes.

Monarch Cruise Promotes Luxury Cruise with Entertainment Featuring Cricket and Bollywood Stars

Monarch Cruise has announced the launch
of a cruise experience that will bring together the cream of Bollywood and
Cricket. The cruise will allow passengers to get up close and personal with
their favourite cricket icons, Bollywood stars, world-class DJs and celebrated
chefs.
An event management agency has not yet
been appointed for this cruise featuring gala events, celebrity DJs,
masterchefs, comedy shows, multi-cuisine meals, shore excursions at various
destinations; Bollywood themed shows; international song and dance shows; and
cooking and mixology shows.
Monarch
today announced some more big names for its line up on the Bollywood and
Cricket Edition. Legendary cricketers Graeme Smith, Jacques Kallis, Brendon
McCullum, Kumar Sangakkara, Michael Bevan, Mark Boucher, Shane Lee, Dean Jones,
Damien Martyn and Jeff Thomson have been added to the celebrity line up that
already includes Sachin Tendulkar, Brett Lee and Shane Warne.

Aside
from these illustrious cricketing personalities, there will also be Bollywood
vocalists Rahat Fateh Ali Khan and Neha Kakkar, Neha Dhupia and leading DJs

Dungri Bateka Nu Shaak – Gujarati Cuisine

Dungri Bateka nu shaak is a spicy and
simple side dish served with bhakris or jowar ki roti. Dungri is onion and
bateka or batata is potatoes in Guajarati. I got this recipe from vaishali’s
blog “Ribbons to Pastas. For this recipe, you have to cook potatoes in tomatoes
and onion gravy.

Ingredients:
4 Potatoes, Boiled and Diced
2 Onions, Chopped
1 Tomato, chopped
1 Tsp. Ginger, grated
2 Green Chilies, finely chopped
1/2 Tsp. Mustard Seeds
Pinch of Asafoetida
6-7 Curry Leaves
Salt to Taste
Red Chili to Taste
1/2 Tsp. Turmeric Powder
Few Coriander Leaves, Chopped
1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
Instructions:
Heat the oil in pan and add mustard
seeds, asafoetida and curry leaves, when they start splutter.
Add green chilies and ginger and sauté 1
minute.
Add chopped onions and sauté till
translucent. Add tomato and spices, mix it.
Add boiled potatoes and cook for 5-7
minutes on medium flame. 
Garnish with green coriander leaves.
