potato, oats, onion and some aroma of spices.
    It’s really healthy
and tasty kebab which easily prepared and all ingredients are easily available
in our kitchen. Mung bean sprouts are germinated by leaving them watered
with four hours of daytime light and spending the rest of the day in the dark.
Mung bean sprouts can be grown under artificial light for four hours over the
period of a week. They are usually simply called “bean sprouts”.
You can serve this kebab as an evening snack and also great option
for party appetizer which accompaniment with tomato sauce; I personally prefer onion
    coriander dip with tea.

    Preparation Time: 20 Minutes

    Cooking Time: 10-15 minutes
    Serving: 4-5 Pieces

    Ingredients:
    2/3 Cup Moong Sprouts
    1/3 Cup Oats
1/3 Cup Potato, Boil and Mash
    2 Tbsps. Onion, Chopped
    2 Tbsps. Green coriander, Chopped
    1 Green Chilli, Chopped
    Salt to taste
    1/2 Tsp. Black Pepper Powder
    Red chilli to taste
    1/2 Tsp. Garam Masala
    1 Tsp. Coriander Powder
1/2 Tsp. Amchoor/ Raw Mango Powder
    1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
    2 Tsp. Oil
    Directions:
Boil the sprouts and blend the sprouts, chilli together to a coarse
    paste.
Combine all ingredients mashed potato, sprouts paste, onion,
coriander, spices and lemon juice in same bowl and mix well.
Divide the mixture into equal 4-5 portions and shape each portion
into flat and round shape kebab.
Cook each kebab on a non-stick grill griddle or pan with little oil
(1 tsp.) till to golden brown from both side.
Serve hot kebab with green coriander and onion dip.
