Crème Caramel, flan or caramel pudding is a custard dessert with a layer of soft caramel on top as opposed crème brulee which is pudding with a hard caramel top. This dessert is eaten throughout the world.
Eggless caramel custard is awesome recipe which prepared by few ingredients i.e. milk, condense milk, custard powder and curd. It’s a best alternative of egg based desserts for vegetarian lovers.
Caramel is a great flavor with unique appeal. Caramel is used in different meal like snacks, popcorn, desserts, cakes and ice-creams, change the appeal as well as taste.

Eggless Caramel Custard Pudding Recipe | Eggless Creme Caramel Recipe
Cooking Time: 35 Minutes
Servings: 12 Mini Servings
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Full Cream Milk
1 Cup Condense Milk
1 Cup Whipped Yogurt
1 Tbsp. Custard Powder
1 Tsp. Vanilla Essence
Blend all the ingredients except sugar till to lumps dissolve completely. Strain the mixture in separate bowl.
Heat the sugar in a nonstick pan on a medium flame till to sugar melted and nice golden caramel form.
Add 1 tbsp. caramel mixture at the bottom of mould and cover with custard mixture.
Steam it for 20 minutes on medium flame in steamer.
Remove the custard from mould and serve chilled with extra caramel sauce.
Now eggless caramel custard without gelatin or egg is ready to serve.
Note: You can use pressure cooker also for steaming this custard.
You can add cornflour also instead of custard powder.
