This time I shared one more powerful recipe in this upcoming summer to beat the heat i.e. Fried Ice-cream with Chocolate Sauce. This is definitely one of the best desserts which I shared with my readers. It gives crunchy texture to ice-cream because of outer crust which coated with crushed coconut powder and fruit jam. You can serve this ice-cream immediately with chocolate sauce and frozen glazed cherries as topping. You can change the coconut powder with crushed cornflakes. Preparation Time: 3 Hours
Cooking Time: 10 Minutes
4 scoops Ice-cream, (vanilla or strawberry)
1 Cup Coconut powder
2 Tbsp. Mixed Fruit Jam
2 Tbsp. Cornflour
Chocolate sauce for garnishing
Oil for frying
Take 4 scoops of ice-cream which you like it and keep in freezer for 2 hours till to little hard.
Combine half coconut powder with fruit jam and mix it.
Coat the ice-cream with coconut and jam mixture and keep again in freeze till to hard.
Combine water and cornflour to prepare smooth batter.
Dip the ice-cream in cornflour batter and roll in plane coconut powder.
Heat the oil in deep pan and when oil is hot enough, add ice-cream one by one and fry for 10 sec until to crust color change.
Serve immediately with chocolate sauce and cherry.
You can choose any flavour of ice-cream which you like it.
Use crushed cornflakes if coconut powder is not available.
