Spicy Paneer Nuggets

In every party first we have to serve welcome drink, must be refreshing and chilled but after drink we need to serve some light starter. So here “Spicy Paneer Nuggets” are interesting and tasty appetizer for our lovely guests.

On 3rd day of blogging marathon under occasional theme, I choose spicy paneer nuggets; because it’s very simple and tasty snacks which accomplish easily with our Indian refreshing drink i.e. sherbet, aam panna, colddrinks and lots of party mocktails.

For this recipe, you have to just combine paneer with spice, coat with crumbs and fried.
Preparation Time: 10 Minutes
Cooking Time: 15 Minutes

Salt to Taste
1/2 Tsp. Chat Masala
1/2 Tsp. Coriander Powder
1/4 Tsp. Black Pepper Powder
Red Chili Powder to Taste
1/4 Tsp. Garam Masala
Cornflour for Batter
Bread Crumbs for Top Coating

Direction
Combine grated paneer, green coriander, green chili and all spices together in large bowl. Knead as soft dough. Now mix water and cornflour with pinch of salt and pepper powder as thick consistency batter in another bowl. Divide the dough into equal parts and dip paneer balls into batter and coat with bread crumb.
Heat the sufficient oil on medium flame, when oil is hot enough. Add paneer ball in small batches and deep fry them till to golden and crisp on low flame. Drain this golden balls on absorbent paper and sprinkle little chaat masala. Serve these spicy paneer nuggets with green and tomato sauce.
