This time I prepare very simple salad recipe i.e. “Kachumber”, it’s a really tasty and healthy recipe which prepared by some raw veggies included cucumber (kheera), red onion, tomatoes and radish (mooli) with some lemon and salt flavors. You can add bell peppers too if you like which gives lots of color to this kuchumber salad. You can prepare this salad recipe with in few minutes for your surprise guests.

1 Medium Sized Cucumber, Peel and Chopped
1 Medium Sized Onion, Chopped
1 Medium Sized Tomatoes, Chopped
1 Medium Sized Radish, Peel and Chopped
Few Mint Leaves, Chopped
2 Green Chili, Chopped
1 Lemon Juice
Black Pepper Powder to taste
Black Salt to taste
Chaat Masala to taste
Wash and chop all ingredients in small diced form. Combine all ingredients together in one large bowl and garnish with chopped coriander and mint leaves. Serve little chilled. Adjust the salt according to taste.
