Today I post “Sooji Vegetable Toast” a great option
for breakfast. This recipe is very easy and simple to prepare with in few
minutes. Under this recipe, I prefer to use colorful vegetable like corn,
tomatoes, onion, green chili, peppers and more. You can choose any veggies
according availability or as per your kid’s preference. This is great option
for picnic time or also for lunch boxes. In my family, kids call this easy
bread pizza too.
