Missi Roti

2013 is now part of our life and we enjoying this year with good recipes and celebration…. Today I post “Missi Roti” for Blogging Marathon# 24 in 1st week…. under the theme of stuffed bread. In this recipe, we combine gram flour with wheat flour and spices… cook like chapatii and grease with little butter on the top of roti.
You can serve this Missi roti with gravies and curries; this roti is very healthy and nutritious for everyone instead of plain flour made roti’s. You can serve this roti as a breakfast meal or as a main course meal too.
