This time I made Apple and dates Shake for kids delight theme under Blogging Marathon 21 edition. We all know kids and adults both like shakes… in this recipes I used two ingredients apple and date both are the good for health.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 0 minutes
Serving: 2 Glasses
8-9 Dated, Seedless and Chopped
1 Medium Sized Apple, Peel and Chopped
3 Cup Milk
Few Drops of Vanilla Essence
Chop the dated in small size and soak the chopped dates in half cup of warm milk for more than half an hour. keep empty glass in freezer for 10-15 minutes to set for chill drink.
Now blend all ingredients together till to smooth consistency. Serve in chilled glass with straw.
