American Chop Suey

This time I posted “American Chop Suey” under this kid’s delight theme in ongoing Blogging Marathon 21. In this recipe, we used fried and boiled both noodles with some mixed vegetables and sauces in one pot. We all know kids love noodles, so this time I made American Chop suey. Hope my viewers like this recipe.

Preparation Time: 40-50 Minutes
Cooking Time: Less than 30 Minutes
Serving: 5-6 Serving

Ingredients:
1 Cup Fried Noodles
1 Large Onion, Long Cut
1/2 Cup French beans, Long Cut
1/2 Cup Carrots, Long Cut
1 Capsicum, Long Cut
1/2 Tsp. Ajinomoto
3 Tbsps. Cornflour
Salt to taste
3 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1 Cup Tomato Ketchup
2 Tbsp.  Red Chili Sauce
1 Tbsp. Green Chili Sauce
2 Tbsp. Vinegar

Directions:
How to Boil Noodles
Heat the vegetable oil in the pan, when oil is hot enough. Add vegetables and sauté till to soft.
Now add ajinomoto and boil noodles. Mix cornflour with water in one bowl and mix all sauce together in separate bowl with little water.
Now combine sauces mixture, cornflour water, vinegar and salt in the pan. Mix well till to thick consistency.
Remove the noodles from the fire and garnish with fried noodles and French beans.

A lot of times it's very hard to get that "perfect balance" between usability and appearance. I must say that you've done a awesome job with
this. Also, the blog loads super fast for me on
    Firefox. Outstanding Blog!
