Gol Gappe Shots/ Flavoured Panipuri

Gol gappa or Panipuri is very famous street snack in all over India. It is round, so crisp and filled with potatoes stuffing and pudina flavour water as traditional Panipuri. It’s small in size but enough to fit in mouth.  Pani comes from the Hindi word for water and puri (or poori) is the name of an Indian bread made by frying dough in oil. It is known as bataasha in the western region. Now these days, Panipuri comes with some new flavour of water which increases its taste more.
