¼ Cup Boondi
2 Cup Fresh Curd/ Yogurt
2 Tbsp. Milk
Salt to Taste
1Tbsp. Roasted Cumin Powder
1Tsp. Red Chillies Powder
Chaat masala to taste
Chopped Green Coriander, for garnishing
Add curd, milk in bowl and blend it for smooth curd.
Add boondi and all spices (salt, cumin powder, chillies powder, chaat masala).
Serve chilled raita with main course as accomplishment.
